Introduction to learning and teaching at AUT: University Lecturers Workshop

This workshop is designed for academic staff who are new to teaching EFTS papers at AUT. You will:
- Examine your roles and responsibilities as an AUT lecturer and begin to develop an academic strategy to support your teaching goals and aspirations.
- Critique higher education concepts relevant to Aotearoa and the AUT context, adapting them for your discipline and student cohort.
- Evaluate evidence-based strategies designed to engage students and improve their educational outcomes.
You will receive an Attendance Certificate specifying the sessions in which you have participated. This workshop is participatory so please arrive on time for a prompt start. Please bring your device and ensure you have a Google account. We look forward to working with you.
